The menu highlights a selection of Chef Azzam’s signatures, including Nyonya Curry Laksa, a coconut-based curry layered with complex aromatics; Gulai Lamb Shank, slow-cooked to tenderness in a deeply spiced gravy; Ayam Masak Merah, where fried chicken is simmered in a rich tomato and chilli sauce; and Satay Nangka, a vegetarian interpretation of the classic satay using marinated young jackfruit.
