His professional journey includes roles with Marriott International, Hilton Hotels, Sheraton Grand Resort & Spa, and Lodhi Hotels, each contributing to a layered perspective on guest wellness and luxury service standards. This diverse exposure has shaped his approach to creating thoughtful, experience-led wellness programmes.

Prior to joining Shangri-La Eros New Delhi, he served as Director of Spa at The Westin Hotel Hyderabad, where he led spa operations and programming with a focus on innovation, precision, and elevated guest experiences. His earlier experience also includes a stint as Wellness Consultant at Arogya Kendra Nature Cure Centre in Bhopal, which deepened his understanding of holistic health beyond the luxury hospitality framework.

Academically, Dr. Bachani holds a degree from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bengaluru, along with a Postgraduate Diploma from Symbiosis International University, providing a strong foundation in wellness sciences that complements his extensive industry experience.

At Shangri-La Eros New Delhi, he will focus on strengthening and evolving the hotel’s wellness offerings, aligning them with the brand’s commitment to thoughtful hospitality and refined guest experiences.
