In his new role, Trilochan will oversee the hotel’s loss prevention, security and safety operations, with a focus on ensuring a safe and secure environment for guests, associates and the property.
Trilochan Behera Brings Over 11 Years of Security and Safety Experience
Bringing over 11 years of experience in security and safety, Trilochan has worked across hospitality, corporate and commercial environments. Prior to joining Mulberry Shades Bengaluru Nandi Hills, he served as Assistant Loss Prevention Manager at JW Marriott Hotel Bengaluru, where he was responsible for security operations, risk assessment, crisis management, fire safety and emergency preparedness.
Extensive Hospitality and Corporate Experience
His previous hospitality experience includes roles with Renaissance Bengaluru Race Course Hotel and Marriott Hotel Whitefield Bengaluru, along with experience as a Trust Safety Officer at JP Morgan and Security Supervisor at the World Trade Center, Bengaluru.

Strengthening Safety Protocols and Emergency Preparedness
At Mulberry Shades Bengaluru Nandi Hills, Trilochan will work closely with the hotel’s operations and engineering teams to strengthen safety protocols, conduct risk assessments and audits, oversee emergency preparedness, and support training initiatives including fire and emergency drills.
